CLAMPING UNIT  
1.
The internal five-point toggle clamping system.with the enhanced and thickened platens of BOX-like structure,can minimize the toggle pressure and tie-bar stress,lower deformation and eccentricity,and increase the structure rigidity and reliability.

The design without bracket on the rear platen will make the tie-bar unbroken of the shearing stress.

The tie-bar,with widened diameter,use pre-hardened steel material imported from Japen. The flexibility design on the front and rear nuts of tie-bars,can avoid the stress centering on the screw,to add the wear resistance.

The moving platen supporter uses the metallic oiless slider,to increase the supportability of mold and the repeatability of high-speed moving.

To lower interface pressure of toggle bushing, and revise the design of oil-channel,can efficiently create the pressure-resistant oil-menbrane,to increase the reliability and long lasting.

The fixed-volume lubrication system with the power-metal filter,can effectively decrease the failure of lubrication from the oil pollution.

INJECTION UNIT

The injection cylinder uses 4-cylinders design. it includes two injection choices of higi-pressure/low speed or low-pressure/high speed,and lower the resistance to injection.

The injection piston with the twin-end support can enhance the linear ability of movement. And there is very little friction and wear because of the using of metallic piston ring.

The sliding guide-bars design with two-cylinders ensure the nozzle center on line,especially applicable to high-speed injection.
4.
The double-fligth high-effcient screw with enlarged L/D ratio=21:1,will increase the speed of material-charging and the quality of material-mixing.
