TWO-COLOR INJECTION MOLDING MACINE
Specially designed for producting keyboards and marble-effect products. The machine fits independent TWO-COLOR INJECTION SYSTEM, and can also function for single-color injection.
CLAMPING UNIT
Clamping system uses horizontal and internal double-toggle mechanism, the which can shorten cycle-time.
THE ROTATION SYSTEM OF TWO-COLOR MOLD, according to the different design construction of mold, two different models for the rotation system of movable-mold can be selected, ROTATING-PLATE DESIGN and ROTATING-AXIS DESIGN.

ROTATING-PLATE DESIGN:
  To rotate the complete movable-mold, and can bear the heavier complete movable-mold.
 
2. ROTATING-AXIS DESIGN:
  To rotate the core of the movable-mold, and has advantages of light, speedy and precise fixing-position.
   
TWO STANDARD MOLDING PROCESS:
1. Mold open end -->Middle ejector forward --> Mold rotation --> Middle ejector return -->Clamping close -->Robot
2. Mold open end --> Ejector A B --> Middle ejector forward --> Robot --> Stop --> Middle ejector forward --> Mold rotation --> Middle ejector return --> Clamping close.
   
INJECTION UNIT
A B nozzles are arranged in parallel horizontally, with the mold-rotation device on the movable platen, to reach the high precision of two-color injection.
Two-color molds at on time, time-saving ensures the improvement of the business profitability.
   

COMPUTER CONTROL UNIT
Several ejector-method designs control.
Easily correcting-program matches the molding process of different molds.
Mold open/close stroke, A B barrel stroke are controlled by transducers.
   

HYDRAULIC UNIT
Two pumps, two proportional valves, and full-proportional hydraulic-loop control.
Two-stage control of mold-rotation speed.
The standard hydraulic-loop includes ejector A B, middle-ejector, and mold-rotation.
