TWIN-HEAD DOUBLE-BEND TUBE BENDER
With the proportional pressure control, you can bend 2 pipes synchronously & rapidly and get the final production with precise angles & beautiful surface without wrinkles, The 2 angles can be different & adjustable. So this machine is the most proper machine for general two-end bending.
Both manual and automatic operation are available.
The machine is equipped with emergency stop device.
Bending angles are adjustable from 0 ~ 180
High production capacity:Max. 720 pcs of two-end bending pipes in one hour.
The distance between the center line of 2 main shafts are 160 m/m (Min.) & 2,100 m/m (Max.) for CR-T50 type and 130 m/m (Min.) & 1,200 m/m (Max.) for CR-T38 type.
Production capacity for CR-T50:
  (1) produce 1 pipe each time for the piepes of O.D.51 ~O.D.38 m/m.
  (2) produce 6 pipes (Max.) at the same time for the pipes with outside diameter of 22 m/m and smaller.
Production capacity for CR-T38:
  (1) Produce 1 pipe each time for O.D.31.8 m/m pipe.
  (2) Produce 2 pipes at the same time for O.D.31.8 m/m pipe.
  (3) Produce 6 pipes (Max.) at the same time for O.D.22 m/m & smaller pipes.

DOUBLE FINISHING & DOUBLE-BEND TUBE BENDER
This machine (CR-F38) is and improvement of CR-T38. It is capable of providing more than 3 different processing methods and is called "universal machine" in the field of doublebend processing.
This machine comes with 2 rotary tables.
The rotary angles can be set up according to the shapes of work-pieces.
This machine is flexibla. It can do both frontside bending (same as CR-T38) & inside bending. Besides, this machine can be simply used as single-bend pipe bender.
The feature of the pipes made by this machine:
  (1) Excellent surface flatness and angle.
  (2) Quality stable.
  (3) Beautiful appearance without wrinkles.
Two shafts can do different angles bending. Both of these 2 angles can be adjusted freely from 0~ 180 .
Production capacity:produce 720 pcs (Max.) of pipes with two-end bending.
The distance between the center line of 2 main shafts:
  (1) Front-side bending: 130 m/m (Min.) ~ 1200 m/m (Max.)
  (2) Inside bending: 150 m/m (Min.) ~ 1900 m/m (Max.).

  (1) Produce 1 pipe each time for O.D.38 m/m pipe.
  (2) Produce 2 pipes at the same time for O.D.31.8 m/m pipe.

Inside bending: Produce 1 pc each time for the O.D 38 m/m & smaller pipes.

CIRCLE ROLLING MACHINE

Bending speed can be adjusted freely from 1.5 seconds every 300 m/m to 5 seconds/ 300 m/m.
Bending diameter can be adjusted freely from 250m/m to 2,000 m/m. As to the special requirements (smaller than 250m/m or bigger than 2,000m/m), we can design the special-purpose machine for customer only.
Roundness tolerance is 1.0 m/m between the first circle & the last circle of finished products.
Flatness tolerance is 1.0m/m too.
The machine is equipped with a micro-adjustment device for adjusting the diameter.
The machine is suitable for various metal pipes with different material & shopes.
